Birthday Parties
BAAM offers a truly distinctive birthday party experience unlike any other venue. Each celebration is thoughtfully centered around music, artistry, and an elevated atmosphere, with two unique formats to choose from: the Host Concert Model and the In-House Concert Model. All birthday parties take place in the Stage Hall and are available on weekends only.
Host Concert Birthday Party
“Your child performs for their guests”
A sophisticated, meaningful celebration where the birthday child takes center stage – performing a curated concert for their invited guests. This model transforms a birthday party into a milestone musical event guests will remember forever.

In-House Concert

Birthday Party Booking and Deposit
Booking Process
- Initial inquiry: Contact events@bellevueacademy.com or front desk to check availability
- Consultation: 15–20 minute consultation call with BAAM events coordinator to select model, artist (Model 2), add-ons, and banquet tier
- Performance preview submission (Model 1): Host submits video for BAAM approval within 5 business days of booking inquiry
- Booking confirmation: BAAM confirms party details and issues booking confirmation
- Deposit and documentation: Host signs BAAM Birthday Party Agreement and pays deposit

Cancellation Policy

Artist cancellation policy (Model 2 Tier 2+): artist deposits are subject to individual artist agreements and may be non-refundable.
Birthday Party Agreement and Liability
All birthday party hosts must sign the BAAM Birthday Party Agreement before the event is confirmed. The agreement covers:
- Event details: date, time, model, guest count, artist (if applicable), add-ons, banquet tier
- Deposit amount and payment schedule
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms
- Food safety acknowledgment: Host acknowledges that all outside food must come from licensed commercial food sources — no home-prepared food permitted
- Performance approval acknowledgment (Model 1): Host acknowledges that BAAM has final approval over performance repertoire and quality
- Liability waiver: Host assumes responsibility for guest conduct and any damage caused by host’s party guests beyond normal use
- Indemnification: Host indemnifies BAAM against claims arising from the event except those caused by BAAM negligence
- Artist terms (Model 2): Additional artist performance agreement attached where applicable
- Capacity and noise compliance: Host agrees to maintain guest count within approved limits and comply with BAAM noise and conduct standards
Birthday Party Food Safety Policy
No home-prepared food is permitted at BAAM birthday parties under any circumstances.
All food served at BAAM events must come from: – Licensed, commercially operating restaurants or catering companies – BAAM’s contracted vendors – Licensed commercial bakeries (for birthday cake)
This policy protects the health and safety of all guests and is non-negotiable. BAAM reserves the right to remove any food that does not comply with this policy.
Birthday cake: May be brought by the host from any licensed commercial bakery. BAAM staff will hold the cake upon arrival and present it to guests at the appropriate moment during the celebration.
