Facility Rentals
BAAM’s facility offers a variety of spaces for educational programs, professional use, private rentals, and community events. As part of our commitment to supporting local artists, students, and the community, select areas of our venue are available for public use, while other spaces are reserved exclusively for BAAM programs and internal operations. All use is subject to availability, advance booking where applicable, and the BAAM Facility Use Agreement.

Stage Hall
The Stage Hall is BAAM’s premium weekend rental, a fully equipped venue seating up to 65 guests. It suits concerts and recitals, birthday parties and celebrations, corporate meetings and workshops, lectures and panels, community and cultural gatherings, charity auctions with the Art Gallery, catered receptions, and exam observations. Rentals include a grand piano, 30 minutes each for setup and breakdown, and front desk support throughout, with optional kitchen access for outside catering.
Financial assistance is available for qualifying nonprofit organizations; inquire at time of booking.

Classroom / Meeting Room
The Classroom is a flexible space seating up to 12, suitable for classes, tutoring, workshops, lectures, meetings, and small training sessions. It’s equipped with 6 tables, 12 chairs, and a wide whiteboard. Rate: $35–$50/hour.
